Travel costs
Most areas within 20 miles of Cardiff are not charged travel, however travel maybe charged at 50p a mile outside of this area.
If there is a group booking to a yard then this may be waivered.
Payments
Payments can be made via Bacs, cash or credit/debit card on the day of your appointment. Most insurance companies cover physiotherapy, however we recommend you always check with your provider before commencing treatment.
Cancellation Policy
On the rare occasion that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible.
A cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a full charge
A cancellation less than 48 hours will incur half charge
A cancellation more than 48hours will incur no charge
