Travel costs

If requiring at home physiotherapy, most areas within 20 miles of Cardiff are not charged travel, however travel maybe charged at 50p a mile outside of this area.

Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal, Cash, Bacs, credit/debit card on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

On the rare occasion that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible.

A cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a full charge

A cancellation less than 48 hours will incur half charge

A cancellation more than 48hours will incur no charge
